What is stress and how do you keep it under control?

Everyone experiences stress differently. Some people become angry and act out their stress or take it out on others. Some people can develop eating disorders or similar problems. And some people who have a chronic illness may find that the symptoms of their illness become stronger under an overload of stress. What can you do to deal with stress overload or to avoid it? How can you de-stress?

  1. Stress is the body's way to react to a challenge and preapare to meet a difficult situation with streanght. To avoid stress, I always try to calm myself and say that everything will be fine and nothing scary will happen.

  8. Stress is a real problem for all of us.
    It makes up feel bad. Because of it we can't concentrate.
    To deal with stress I just try to realx or do breathing exercise. It realy helps!

For example, a way is to occupy yourself with something else, calm. it’s possible to find a new hobby, or change the environment, take a break from talking with some people, or vice versa, make many new acquaintances. If you do not have enough time, you need to cut out some activities, that are not important for you. You also can stay relaxed by doing activities for example: walking, reading book. Healthy eating is important because it helps your body to feel better

For me, these are good ways to get rid of stress. My grandmother advises to chat with sneaky people, talk about your problem and then it will become easier for you. Grandfather supports her in this. My parents say you need to take a break from hard work and relax. I hope my advice help you avoid stress.
